All CCA Students must complete the Athletic Clearance Process prior to trying out.

Only "Cleared" Students will be Allowed to Tryout: All athletes who want to tryout must complete the required "Clearance" process. This must be completed prior to the start of tryouts. Returning players must complete this process EVERY year. Clearance does NOT carry over from previous years! The clearance process requires a Health form that is signed by a medical professional within 6 months of tryouts, so plan ahead! The CCA Athletics Staff has to work through hundreds of clearances in a one week period for a dozen Spring Sports. It takes them a week or so to get the clearances done after all the forms are submitted, so be sure to finalize all your submissions at least a full week before the first tryout date. Requests for clearances in the couple days leading up to tryouts will not be finalized, so be sure to submit early. Use the link below for full clearance information. If you were cleared for a Fall/Winter sport at CCA this year, you still must complete the online clearance form ... just follow the instructions for a quicker Spring clearance.
